Worm gear and worm transmission form: The worm on the motor gear drives the worm gear to rotate, causing the small screw inside the worm gear to move axially. The connecting plate drives the limit rod to move axially accordingly. When the required travel is reached, the limit block is adjusted to press down on the travel switch and the power is cut off, and the motor stops running (both forward and reverse control are the same).
Gear transmission form: The motor drives the small screw installed in the inner tube through the reduction gear, and drives the nut connected to it to operate axially. When the set stroke is reached, the nut contact angle presses the limit switch to disconnect the power supply, and the motor stops moving (reverse direction is the same).
An optional potentiometer can be equipped to display the travel status of the push rod, and an encoder can also be added to achieve complete travel in several steps (i.e., stop and go).
