Range hood push rod motor malfunction

The power line of the range hood push rod motor is in open circuit or the joint is detached. Carefully identify the open circuit or detachment point and re weld it firmly;
If the on-off switch has an open circuit or poor contact, check if the circuit breaker is soldered properly. If the contact is poor, replace it with a new one;
The capacity of the motor starting capacitor decreases, or there is a short circuit or open circuit, which requires replacing a capacitor of the same specification to make the motor run;
Open circuit or short circuit of the variable speed coil, repair or replace the variable speed coil with a new one;
If the bearing is damaged and the shaft is stuck, the bearing must be replaced;
Short circuit in stator winding or open circuit in connecting wire, repair or replace the stator winding with a new one.
Improper assembly causes the fan blades to loosen and cause abnormal sound when touching the wind guide frame. Reassemble and tighten the fan blade fasteners correctly;
The motor bearings are severely worn and must be replaced with bearings of the same model;
If the motor is poorly assembled, correct the gap between the stator and rotor of the motor to make it even. If there is axial movement, appropriate washers should be added;
Deformation and imbalance of wind blades, correction of wind blades, and adjustment of dynamic and static balance of wind blades;
The design of the air outlet pipeline is unreasonable. The air outlet pipeline should have as few turns as possible, and the bends should be large and circular in shape.
